If your BlackBerry Unlock Key does not work, it is usually because your BlackBerry PIN has been incorrectly entered when you purchased/registered your software. The PIN is often used to create the correct Unlock Key for your Device.

Each Blackberry has a unique PIN. This is not your 4-digit PIN for your SIM card, but an 8 character long value that is used to identify your device against the Blackberry Enterprise Server.

If you do not know your PIN, you can find it on your Blackberry by selecting the Options icon, then selecting Status. It is also displayed in the BlackBerry Desktop Redirector and in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
